Attending an Eden training means you can expect the very latest information on Eden Principle-based culture change presented by an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Eden Educator.
Your Eden Educator will present a clear picture of the Eden Principles and how they apply to you. Questions will be welcomed and those that apply to a broad base of participants may be discussed during the session.
Each class as an agenda that allocates time to those topicsmost essential to its purpose while allowing time to develop the tools you will need to share the information when you are back in the workplace.
Your class will begin at 8:30am and be finished by 5:00pm. For all day classes, your lunch and light snacks will be provided. You will be teamed with a cross section of those working in eldercare as your team assignments are completed and shared.
