Over the course of two days you will develop Leadership skills necessary for this important journey. The Pathways and skills are rooted in the Ten Principles of the Eden Alternative but are applicable in any culture change journey.  The registration fee includes a copy of Nancy Fox’s new book, The Journey of a Lifetime: Leadership Pathways to Culture Change in Long-Term Care.
