Caring and comfort LakeView Continuing Care Center is a not-for-profit, home for 120 people.. It is owned and operated by LakeView Community Hospital Authority as part of the full continuum of care that LakeView brings to the communities it serves. The center is Medicare and Medicaid certified. We offer our residents and their families a wide range of services and amenities in a bright, caring and comfortable environment.
