October 5th was exactly the kind of day that made those who live in Northern Michigan glad they do, and those who don’t wishing that they could. The fall colors were in full bloom, the sun was shining and the sky was a perfect shade of blue. This was the setting as over 350 people gathered for the grand opening celebration that took place in Suttons Bay for the Tendercare Health Center of Leelanau.
