Community Nursing Home of Anaconda is a 62-bed facility licensed by Medicare, Medicaid and the Veteran's Administration. Eleven beds are located in the Special Care Unit designed especially for those residents with more advanced dementia such as Alzheimer's disease. Respite care is also available. Recently designated as an Eden Alternative facility, which strives to view a nursing home as a place where people come to live. It is a home first, then a medical facility. The Community Nursing Home offers the following:
