Become an Eden Apprentice Certified Trainer! The ultimate goal of Eden Apprentice Training is to empower youth participants to become change agents at the grassroots level. Living by example, they have the opportunity to play a crucial role in shifting the culture of care and perspectives on aging in our communities.

Who Should Seek Trainer Certification?
Potential replicating organizations include: School districts, private schools, youth-oriented organizations, faith-based organizations, area agencies on aging, community organizations, senior centers, and long-term care organizations interested in building alliances within the larger community.
Prospective trainers must attend all 1 1/2 days of their workshop experience in order to be certified as Eden Apprentice Certified Trainers.

What Does Trainer Certification Look Like?
Scheduled through host sites and facilitated by Eden Apprentice Educators, an Eden Apprentice Trainer Certification Workshop looks like this:
Day 1: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Core content for Eden Apprentice Training* Introduction of Facilitation Content (Lunch and breaks included) Day 2: 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Facilitation Intensive and Replication Details (Break included)
