Page 3 of 4 Eden Education Corner and Fertilizer for Thought:The Stages of Bringing Eden to Life, the Initiatives of Transformation and the Elements of Empowerment are all interdependent—they grow each other when worked and used together. We have learned that the 3 Stages of Bringing Eden To Life in our home are VISION, EDUCATION and IMPLEMENTATION. Our journey traveled though these stages when Eden first came to be at Rolling Fields. But, we do not leave those stages at the door because Eden is here now. We can use these stages as a guide to re-evaluate and rethink aspects of our physical, organizational and personal transformation while our journey continues. Successful transformation comes when the Elements of Empowerment are worked for all they’re worth. J JOTC is a great example of RE-ENVISIONING, RE-EDUCATING and RE-IMPLEMENTING all Initiatives of Transformation by employing the Elements of Empowerment.
