The PHI Coaching Approach to Leadership: Introductory Skills for Eden Registry Organizations
Available through our partnership with PHI, this 2-day skillbased workshop develops core communication skills necessary to create an accountable and empowered organization. Through the effective application of coaching concepts, formal leaders in Eden Alternative Registered Organizations will gain skills that grow improved relationships, higher employee satisfaction and Elder empowerment.
The PHI Coaching Approach to Communication in Eden Registry Organizations
Also available through our partnership with PHI, this 1-day, skill-based workshop for employee care partners focuses on the core communication and problem-solving skills that support a respectful, accountable and empowered work environment. The communication skill-building session is essential for the development of meaningful relationships, teamwork and a true sense of community.
The PHI Coaching Approach to Teamwork Eden Registry Organizations
Our partnership with PHI also includes this 2-day workshop that provides employee care partners with the communication and collaborative decisionmaking skills necessary to work effectively within a team. Participants learn how to give and receive feedback, how to manage conflict, decision-making processes and how to constructively hold fellow team members accountable, while building relationships and strengthening team development.
Who should take these three trainings? Representatives of nursing homes and assisted living communities that:
- Are committed to ongoing skill development that supports their culture change journey; and
- Have already sent some team members through Certified Eden Associate Training.
- Representatives of home and community-based care organizations that:
- Are committed to ongoing skill development that supports their culture change journey; and
- Have already sent some team members through Eden at Home Trainer Certification.
- Representatives of organizations focused on care for cognitive disabilities that:
- Are committed to ongoing skill development that supports their culture change journey; and
- Have already sent some team members through Eden LifeLong Living Training.
