It is important to have people spreading the word about the value that the Eden Alternative Philosphy and Principles can bring to creating a life worth living for Elders and care partners. Eden Alternative Warmth Surveys measure the levels of optimism, trust and generosity across an organization. This is very different from satisfaction surveys.
