milestone-4Congratulations on accomplishing Milestone 3 in the Path to Mastery™. The well-being of the Elders, care partners, leaders and organization must be flourishing at this point in time. You have accomplished major transformational changes so far but the journey of mastery is not done yet. Now it is time to truly stretch yourselves in new ways. Be prepared though, the others that have gone before you are shaping the next Milestone, so there will be more to come!
