Walk In The Shoes Of A CNA

Here is a fun and inspirational piece produced by Signature Healthcare. In an effort to strengthen the organization they took their 150 Corporate “Home Office” team and had them become certified as CNAs. They then took the group out to the field and had them do the job.

This is a cool technique for making sure leadership continues to do right by their staff, thus observing the golden rule.

As management does unto staff, so shall staff do unto Elders

The larger an organization gets the more detached the top levels of leadership can become from the actual day to day work, and more importantly, the Elders they serve.

What a fabulous idea, valuable insight for the Administrative staff of nursing homes. Congratulations everyone.

Hopefully other corporations that run nursing homes get on the bandwagon and do the same thing. This way they also will understand.

Need to have your techs and CNA in Nashville go through their training again,and why you are at give them the definition of compassion and empathy. The so called employees at this site are rude and hateful. They lie to cover their mistakes and the supervison is a joke. I have never seen so much incompetent in one enviroment. We have been through all the channels to have these problems fixed through the company next will be the state,and health dept. Sorry to rain on all your positive remarks,but the Nashville Bordeaux needs a complete overhaul including the staff.
