The Bridge at RockRockwoodwood in Rockwood , TN,  joined the Eden Registry on July 29, 2016. This home is centrally located in the heart of Tennessee in the beautiful Roane County.  When you pull up for a visit you are sure to be blown away by the gorgeous flowers and Bradfield Pear trees that cover the grounds.  They are no doubt beautiful but the real beauty is what you see when you walk inside.  You will see 113 Elders and care partner employees enjoying life together.  Each day holds its own possibilities for fun and adventure such as taco parties, banana splits or sharing coffee with friends and family at Archie’s Café. Each neighborhood as its own unique style  personality. For example, many of the Elders that live in the Harriman Neighborhood enjoy doing puzzles and decorating the walls with their favorites.  Connection to the community is very important, so they stay involved by participating in local parades, playing bingo and serving meals to the Police and Firefighters on 9/11 each year. They also volunteeThe Bridge at Rockwood 2r to check on the Elders that live in rural areas, to be sure they are ok, and  have everything they need.  Close and continuing relationships, meaningful activities and fun -filled days are just a few of the reasons they were named “Best Nursing Home” in Roane County. Come by Archie’s Cafe and grab a cup of coffee, so you can see for yourself.

Welcome and congratulations on joining the Eden Registry. Your community sounds like a beautiful place to live and work.

I would like to learn more about places like this in Florida.
