What led you to The Eden Alternative?
I was drawn to The Eden Alternative® due to my deep commitment to enhancing the quality of life for older adults. My experience in senior living and my role in developing innovative healthcare solutions align perfectly with The Eden Alternative’s mission to transform care environments. I believe in creating meaningful, person-centered care experiences and fostering environments where elders can thrive.

My superpower is building meaningful relationships quickly and effectively. I have a solid ability to understand peoples’ needs and create tailored solutions that drive positive outcomes. I look forward to sharing this strength to help The Eden Alternative® grow its network and impact more lives through authentic connections and strategic partnerships.
What excites or inspires you about The Eden Alternative?
The Eden Alternative® inspires me with its innovative approach to elder care, focusing on combating loneliness, helplessness, and boredom among elders. The philosophy of creating vibrant, life-affirming care environments resonates deeply with my passion for improving the well-being of older adults. The organization’s commitment to changing the care culture is exciting and inspiring.
What is your most cherished simple pleasure?
My most cherished simple pleasure is spending quality time with my family. These moments of connection and joy ground me and remind me of the importance of creating supportive, nurturing environments, both at home and in the care settings we aim to improve.
What excites you about being on the Board?
I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to a transformative movement in elder care through my role on the board. Being part of a team that is dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of elders and their caregivers is incredibly fulfilling. I look forward to leveraging my expertise and passion to support The Eden Alternative® in achieving its vision of a more humane and engaging approach to care.
