Two new organizations are stepping up to ensure that their neighborhood teams are successful. Care partners from St. John’s Home in Rochester, NY (Joanne Panarisi-Bottone, Kristine Angevine, and Karen Natoli) and Epworth Village in Oklahoma City, OK (Linda Crawford) attended The Eden Alternative’s new Neighborhood Guide Training at Masonic Village in Sewickley, PA during the week of September 10th.  Along with learning the curriculum’s 30 team development modules, they left with a solid plan of next steps designed to set-up teams and Guides for success.

Participants shared:
•    “I came scared and unsure, but finished excited & full of possibilities!”
•    “Wonderful training!  Thanks to everyone who worked so hard developing this material.”
•    “The amount of useful and meaningful information is awesome.  I love all the tools and the wide variety of resources to move forward with and train.”

They will be joining the quarterly Neighborhood Guide virtual gatherings hosted by The Eden Alternative. These gatherings are an opportunity for Guides to share their story, gather more tools and resources and learn from each other.

Neighborhood Guide Training, created and licensed by VIVAGE Quality Health Partners (formerly Pinon Management), provides the tools and resources to create deep organizational transformation. Neighborhood Guides are formal leaders that are committed to growing empowered teams.  During the 5-day learning experience, Neighborhood Guides develop the skills needed to facilitate growth within teams through a proven 30-module team development process.
