Second Wind Tour: Something New

The Second Wind is coming. In case you didn’t see this week I introduced the national tour kicking off this spring. Now, I’d like to take a moment to introduce something new.

Second Wind Reading Groups.

The Tour, and the book it’s based on, serve distinct roles in helping people to catch a second wind. The Tour will feature 25 transformational, mind opening events. And yet we are limited to touching only 20,000 people.

But Second Wind has the potential to reach so many more.

Do you ever you wish there was a conversation going in your organization about the value of slowing down and striking a balance between life and work? Do you wish you could explore the benefits of intergenerational engagement with your neighbors or care partners? Do you wish you could set aside a few hours every month to connect with like-minded friends or co-workers or get to know others in your community?

The Eden Alternative encourages people from across the continuum of care to embrace this opportunity for growth.

To truly catch a second wind in life you must bring your friends, family, and community with you. Second Wind Reading Groups grants people across the country, unable to attend a live event, a way forward.
