I’ve just been able to begin watching and here in Ontario the subject of re-examining surplus paperwork is coming up more and more among the caregivers I speak with- the time caregivers spend filling out documentation is time not spent with the elders. How can we get regulators and policymakers to understand these issues better? Forgive me if you’ve covered this already.
