Sugar Creek Rest joined the Eden Registry on June 28, 2013.  This beautiful home is nestled in countryside of Worthington, Pennsylvania on the Tack family farm. Rolling green hills, a well-manicured lawn and a beautiful lake with swans and geese complete the picture-perfect scene.

On warm days, Elders, care partner employees and guests can be found strolling the grounds, feeding the ducks, swans, and geese in the large lake or enjoying a family picnic in the covered pavilion. Children are encouraged to visit often and enjoy fishing, playing basketball and volleyball, and exploring the enclosed playground.

The care partners at Sugar Creek Rest know the importance of having a special place to call home. Elders are welcomed into this home with open arms and are encouraged to bring cherished possessions and mementos to give their room that added personal touch.

When it is time to hire a new care partner, they have developed a process to assure that it is someone who fits into this caring, compassionate and fun culture. Sugar Creek Rest offers the full continuum of care to its Elders and more than that offers genuine caring relationships that fuel the love and energy in this home.
